1. About LAVENEL

LAVENEL is operated by 302729181, a sole proprietor based in Israel. In these Terms, “LAVENEL,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this store.

These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy provide additional information about the relevant parts of your purchase.

2. Using Our Website

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal adulthood where you live if higher, and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. An adult must place purchases on behalf of a minor.

You must provide accurate order and contact information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You may not use the website for unlawful activities, fraud, unauthorized access, or conduct that interferes with its operation.

3. Products and Availability

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting. Material product features, sizes, included accessories, and operating requirements are described on the relevant product page.

Availability can change. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges attributable to those items. If the entire order is canceled, we will refund the entire amount paid.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is expressly shown. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you submit payment. Mandatory charges will be disclosed as required by applicable law.

International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance charges collected by the destination country's authorities or carrier. These are separate from taxes collected at checkout unless checkout expressly states that they are included. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Discounts apply according to the terms shown with the offer. Promotional discount coupons are valid for one year from issuance unless a different expiration date is clearly stated when issued. This provision does not set an expiration date for purchased gift cards, store credit, or other monetary balances, which are subject to their own terms and applicable law.

Changes to prices or promotions do not retroactively change a confirmed order. Products purchased using a discount or during a sale remain eligible for our 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

5. Orders, Corrections, and Cancellations

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If a material pricing or product information error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel the affected purchase and issue a refund. We will not charge an increased amount without your approval.

6. Delivery, Returns, and Product Coverage

Our Shipping Policy explains estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and international delivery. Our Refund & Return Policy explains the 14-day satisfaction guarantee, cancellation process, refunds, and 14-day limited warranty for defects.

Use products according to their instructions and intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory product warranty, consumer remedy, or other right provided by applicable law.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Website content is owned by LAVENEL or used with permission from its owners. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may view and use website content for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without the relevant owner's permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store uses Shopify and third-party services to support shopping, payments, and delivery. External websites may have separate terms and privacy practices. Links do not make us responsible for external content or eliminate our responsibilities for purchases from our store.

9. Your Legal Rights and Disputes

If you have a concern, contact us so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not require you to waive a legal claim, use mandatory arbitration, or give up protections that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable law determines your rights and the courts that may hear a dispute.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms for future website use and purchases. The terms applicable to a completed purchase will not be changed retroactively without a lawful basis. We will provide notice of material changes when required by law.
